The GLT TUBES meet all relevant standards for electrical installations on ships, according to EN 60092-306:2009-11. According to the standard, lighting systems on ships must withstand an ambient temperature of -40° to + 70° C. The GLT tubes are designed for this and were therefore a logical decision for the Zürichsee-Fähre.
